Refund policy

Applies to the $5 sample ad, the Creative Sprint, Launch and Growth. Last updated 21 October 2026.

Every ad is on time, run-ready or redone

If any ad we make for you isn't one you'd put money behind, tell us and we remake it free. If it's still not right after one redo round, we refund what you paid for that ad work in full.

The $5 sample ad

• The sample is yours to keep, whether you buy a package or not.
• If we can't make a sample for your offer, for example because Meta restricts it, we refund the $5.

Creative Sprint ($497, or $597 with rush delivery)

• Your 24 ads arrive within 72 hours of the kickoff call, or 24 hours with rush delivery. If they're late, you get a full refund. The clock runs once we have what we ask for at kickoff, such as your website link and any footage you want used.
• One redo round is included for every ad.
• Still not right after that round? Full refund of the Sprint price.

Launch ($997)

• Every ad in Launch is covered by the same on-time and redo-or-refund rules.
• The landing page and the 30 days of ad management follow our general refund and cancellation policy: you approve each milestone, and you can pause the work at any stage.

Growth ($1,497 a month)

• Growth is billed monthly and runs month to month. Cancel any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
• A month that has already started isn't refunded, but every ad in it is covered by the redo-or-refund rule.

Ad spend

You pay Meta directly for ad spend, so it isn't part of our fees and we can't refund it.

How to ask for a redo, a refund or to cancel

Reply to the email your ads came in, email hello@gocreativecatalyst.com, or message WhatsApp +91 70588 70091 within 14 days of delivery. Refunds go back to the card you paid with through Stripe. Banks usually show them within 5 to 10 business days.
