Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Custom Systems & Software Development
Creative Catalyst LLC provides high-end, custom website engineering, CRM setups, and database integration services. Due to the bespoke nature of custom software engineering, resources spent, and intellectual property transfers, we do not offer refunds on completed setup work or active monthly retainer cycles once project sprints have been initiated.
2. Project Milestones & Approvals
All custom builds are subject to milestone review and approval by the client. Before deploying any website, custom pipeline, or ad campaign, our team coordinates directly with yours to verify all assets. If at any stage you are unsatisfied with the progress during a sprint, you may notify us to pause development and adjust remaining milestones.
3. Ad Spend Disclaimers
Any budgets allocated for paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads) are paid directly to the respective platform providers (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.) and are entirely non-refundable. Creative Catalyst LLC manages the distribution and optimization of ad campaigns, but is not responsible for the direct billing collections or refunds processed by external ad networks.
4. Cancellations
Clients may cancel monthly support retainers or automated CRM hosting licenses by providing a written notice 30 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. To request cancellation, please email support at hello@gocreativecatalyst.com.
