Who we are

Creative Catalyst LLC makes ads and landing pages for businesses that sell online. Our studio is in India. Questions about your data go to hello@gocreativecatalyst.com.

What we collect

• What you type into the sample form: your website, what you sell, your monthly ad spend range, what you need, your name, your email and, if you add it, your WhatsApp number.
• How you found us: the ad or link you came from (UTM tags and Meta's click ID), the page address and the referring site. We keep these in your browser session until you send the form.
• Technical details: your IP address and browser type, sent with the form and recorded in our hosting logs.
• Payments: Stripe takes your card details on its own checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
• Calls: if you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email and chosen time, and the call runs on Google Meet.

Cookies and the Meta pixel

This page uses the Meta pixel, which sets cookies (such as _fbp and _fbc) and tells Meta when you view the page, start the form, send it, go to checkout or pay. We also send the form event to Meta from our server through the Meta Conversions API. Before it leaves our server, your email, phone and name are hashed (turned into a one-way code), and they travel with your IP address, browser type and the Meta cookie IDs. Meta uses this to measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.

To limit this, you can block third-party cookies in your browser, change your Meta ad preferences, or opt out of interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance.

Why we use it

• To make your sample ad and send it to you.
• To reply to you, book calls and deliver what you buy.
• To measure which of our ads bring people who are a good fit.

Who processes it for us

Vercel (hosting and private storage of form answers, in the United States), Meta (pixel and Conversions API), Stripe (payments), Cal.com and Google (bookings and calls), ntfy.sh (an instant alert to our team's phone when you send the form or book a call; it carries your website, what you sell, your ad spend range and what you need, never your name, email or phone), and WhatsApp if you message us there. We don't sell your personal information.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep your form answers for as long as we need them to work with you. Email hello@gocreativecatalyst.com to see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, and we'll act on it within 30 days.
